  18. I think that believing this is not doing AT right. Fact is that there are
  19. just about 30 people working there, and they had a lot to do to begin from
  20. zero. Don't forget that they had to begin from scratch.

  22. I'm sure they work hard; but the question is if they will succeed. I think
  23. they will need more employees, probably more ingeneers and /more/ /money/
  24. from Escom. The problem is just that Escom made big losses last year, and
  25. AT can not employ new people at this time.
